Its quietening properties also make frankincense essential oil popular for use in meditation.

Frankincense oil blends well with citrus oils like Lime, Lemon, and Wild Orange, and other oils such as Cypress, Lavender, Geranium, Rose, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, and Clary Sage for diffusion

Use: 6 drops in a bath / 5 drops for every 10ml carrier oil. Caution:  Keep away from children and eyes. Do not take internally orally or undiluted to the skin. Store in a cool dark place.
